Should you want to report such an urgent repair, you can do so by calling our general phone-number (+31 88 730 4200) and follow the appropriate options mentioned in the menu (first conveyed in Dutch, then in English). For all other questions or problems we urgently request you to reach out to us via WhatsApp or e-mail.


How can I file a complaint?
Do you want to submit a complaint? You could do this by e-mail ( or by letter (P.O. Box 85042, 3508 AA Utrecht). We will read your complaint carefully and we will do our best to create a solution. You will receive a reply by telephone or in writing within five working days. More information about complaints you will find here.

Please note: if something in your house needs to be repaired, we do not consider it to be a complaint but a request for repair.
