How can I file a complaint?
Do you want to submit a complaint? You could do this by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by letter (P.O. Box 85042, 3508 AA Utrecht). We will read your complaint carefully and we will do our best to create a solution. You will receive a reply by telephone or in writing within five working days. Please note: if something in your house needs to be repaired, we do not consider it to be a complaint but a request for repair.
