November’s rent charged twice?
Do you pay the monthly rent via direct debit? November’s rent might have been charged twice from your bank account due to an technical error in our system. We apologize for the inconvenience.
What can you do?
We kindly ask you to check your bank account and see if November’s rent has been paid twice. Please contact your bank and ask for a reversal of the second direct debit (credited around the 7th of November). Each bank has its own policy for reversals, but most banks can put the second rent payment back on your account immediately and most banks have this option in their online banking service. Do you have a Dutch bank account? In that case the reversal procedure is called ‘Storneren’ in Dutch.
