Accept Email sent twice

This message is only applicable to you if you do not pay your rent via direct-debit

This message is to inform you we made a mistake in the AcceptEmails we send out to pay the rent, for the rental period February 2018. Unfortunately we send you an AcceptEmail for the rent for January (for the second time, since you received the AcceptEmail for January past December) as well as the rent for February during the past few days. Only the due rent for February needs to be paid, so please disregard the AcceptEmail for January. Our apologies for the inconvenience!

Our financial administration will process the incoming payments as soon as possible. Should you have paid the rent for January twice now, we will make sure to transfer to money back to your account as soon as possible.
