About the Feeddex Survey
SSH Short Stay is interested in your opinion! We would like you to give us feedback on our product and service. In cooperation with Feeddex - a Dutch company that is specialized in Feedback services - we started an on-line survey.

About 2 - 4 weeks after your arrival you will receive an e-mail from Feeddex. In this mail there is a link to an on-line questionnaire. It only takes a couple of minutes to fill in. Your remarks are valuable to us, they help us to continue to improve our service! So please participate and encourage your flat mates and friends who live in Short Stay accommodation to fill it in as well!

Answer options
The survey consists of a number of statements to which you can give the following answers: outstanding, very good, good, fair, poor. Each answer corresponds with a points system. In this system the answer 'good' is considered neutral  (zero points). The two answers above 'good' give a positive score, the two answers below 'good' give a negative score.

Comments 'reply wanted'
In this survey you can comment on - among ather things - the housing, our service and reputation. All your answers remain cofidential. At the end of the survey you will have the oportunity to enter comments. If you wish, a Short Stay employee can contact you and reply to any questions or remarks you may have. In that case, your name and e-mailaddress will be passed on to us. We will only see your comments, the rest of the answers remain confidential.

Comments 'no reply wanted'
If you enter a comment and you do not wish for SSH Short Stay to contact you, your name and e-mail address will not be passed on to us and all your answers ánd comments remain confidential. Keep in mind that it may be difficult for us to respond properly to your comment, complaint, or request for repair if we do not know your exact address. If you have a specific request or complaint we advise you to log in and enter your comment via 'service request' on your personal page.

Did you not receive an e-mail from Feeddex?
- We might not have your correct e-mail address. Please send an e-mail to info@sshxl.nl with your correct e-mail address and Feeddex will send you the survey within one month.
- If you have searched for housing via our website, but live in the house of a 'private homeowner', you can not participate in the survey.
