To prevent your keys from being used by others, please remove the label from your keyring as soon as you have received it. Please remember to hand in your key with the label upon departure.

Have you lost your keys?
During office hours
If you have lost a key you can get a new one upon payment at the SSH Short Stay office. In case you lose your keys you must report this to the police and hand in the police report at our office (within one week). If you have locked yourself out you may get a spare key that you need to hand back in the same day. In that case you need to leave your identification card or passport with us.

Outside office hours
If you lose your keys outside office hours we advise you to stay with a friend and come to our office the next working day during office hours. Of course you may call the emergency phone number. However, the costs for changing the lock will then be charged to you. Please note that after office hours the repair rates are much higher. Also in this case we request you to file a report with the police and hand in the report at our office within one week.
