  1. What do I need to bring.
    All accommodations are fully furnished and fitted. You only need to bring your clothes, towels and your personal items. You can bring your own bedding or buy a bedding package at our office (€ 53,-: 1 duvet, 1 pillow, 1 sheet, 1 duvet cover, 1 pillow case).

    Bedding is included at the addresses Nieuwegracht, Gisbert Bromlaan, Achter de Dom and Campusplein in Utrecht.

  2. What is the distance from my accommodation to my faculty?
    On the homepage there is a Google Map with all Short Stay accommodations and educational institutions in your city. Please check with your faculty where your classes will be, some faculties have different locations. In Utrecht it is common for students to have classes on different locations, both in Utrecht (city centre) and University Campus De Uithof.

  3. I am going away for a while, can someone else stay in my room?
    No, you are not allowed to offer your room to someone else. Not if they pay you or for free.

  4. Can SSH Short Stay enter my apartment?
    Yes we can. SSH Short Stay visits the building and your apartment regularly, checking cleanliness, hygiene and the general use of all rooms. SSH and its authorized representatives reserve the right to enter residents’ rooms at all times.

  5. Can I keep a pet in my room/apartment?
    No, you are not allowed to keep pets in your room.

  6. I have a request for repair
    Log in to your personal account to report your service request. If your request for repair is urgent, you are advised to
    call SSH Short Stay. Outside office hours, you can phone the SSH calamity phone number to report extremely urgent repairs.
