The building 
The building Warande is situated in a leafy area in Zeist, a small city near Utrecht. The building is located next to a big shopping centre. It takes 20 to 25 minutes to get into the centre of Utrecht and about 10 minutes to get into university campus “De Uithof”. This accommodation is especially interesting for those students who study at a faculty located at De Uithof University Campus.

The block of flats is build in 1980 and is divided into 2 L-shaped blocks of 8 floors. There are between 5 to 10 tenants in each apartment and the rooms are about 14 m2 . Every room has its own wash basin and almost every room has a balcony. There are Short Stay apartments and apartments shared with Dutch students.

At Warande you will also find private apartments:
This is a self contained two room apartment. There is a bedroom of 10 m2. The kitchen/livingroom is about 18m2. Furthermore you have a bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.
