The Building
The building is situated on the grounds of the 'Kromhout Kazerne', former military baracks, which are now serving as the University Utrecht Campus grounds. The building was completed in 2006 and provides housing for 200 students.

Information about the landlord
Housing corporation Lekstede Wonen is the owner of your apartment. The landlord's office is in the Dining Hall of University College. You can contact the landlord during office-hours by phone or e-mail: 030-2539986 or ucu.landlord@uu.nl. Visiting hours Monday till Friday 08.30 till 12.00 h.

 
Request for repair
During office hours you can contact the landlord for technical problems in your apartment via ucu.landlord@uu.nl. Outside office hours you can call (030) 253 1300. For emergencies concerning your accommodation you can call (030) 253 44 44 (leakage, damages due to the weather ect.) 

Contract
The rental agreements for these apartments start during weekdays (Monday - Friday) as of 14.00 h. If the first day of the month is a Saturday, Sunday or a Monday, your rental period starts on Tuesday at 14.00 h. You're rent will be calculated accordingly.

Receiving or sending mail
All residents of Kriekenpitplein have their own mailbox. If you want to send a letter to a resident or if you want to receive mail. Please use these PObox numbers.
