The building
De Bisschoppen is located on University Campus 'De Uithof'. Here, most of Utrecht's educational institutes are established. There is a Spar supermarket on campus, several cafe's and sandwich bars and a Sports Centre.
The building was completed in 2006 and provides housing for 140 international guests. The tower block has 18 floors (floor 1 until 5 are used by the Hogeschool Utrecht).
In the Bisschoppen you will find self contained and shared apartments.
self contained apartments: there are 1 or 2-room self-contained apartments. You have your own kitchen and bathroom. In the 2-room apartment there is a seperate bedroom.
shared apartments: there are apartments where you share the facilities with 1 or 2 other guests. There is a communal kitchen and bathroom.
