• We are a non-profit organization. 
• Mediation for rooms in Utrecht and its environs.
• No mediation fee or extra month's rent (for finding accommodation or new tenants.) Two free rental contracts for every lessor
• Information and advice on rental prices
• Legal and practical advice on letting a room.
